PVRIS

If you’ve never heard of PVRIS (pronounced Paris) before today where have you been?!! Under a fuckin’ rock?! PVRIS is owning alternative pop rock in 2017. PVRIS also formerly known as Paris (2012-2013-had to change their name due to legal reasons) and Operation Guillotine (2012) is an Alternative Pop Rock band from Massachusetts. Its members include Lynn Gunn, Alex Babinski, and Brian MacDonald. They are currently signed to Rise Records which features other great bands such as The Devil Wears Prada. After signing with Rise Records, PVRIS released their debut album White Noise (which they recorded in a haunted church turned recording studio) in November of 2014 with a deluxe version out in 2016. It was an instant hit. The single “St. Patrick” now has over 5 million views on Youtube. You can see the full video here! By May 2016 PVRIS was on their very first headlining tour of the states. After hearing the first album, fans were stoked for the second album. It felt like we were waiting forever for the release. Finally, in February of 2017 PVRIS deleted everything from their social media and started posting roman numerals which suggested that something was going down on February 20, 2017. When that date arrived PVRIS announced a small European tour. Lynn also stated that new songs would be played on the European tour, which gave fans hope for a new album. On April 30, 2017 PVRIS released their new single “Heaven” and the album All We Know of Heaven, All We Need of Hell was said to release on August 4, 2017. Since the release, “Heaven” has gained over 1 million views on Youtube and an American Tour has been confirmed. For tour date information go to www.pvris.com
